Geronimo Hospitality Summer Food & Beverage Lifestyle Photoshoots

I’ve completed one full year with Geronimo Hospitality Group! My role has given me so many incredible opportunities to photograph luxury properties and chef-crafted plates throughout Wisconsin. Summer 2026 had it all - new brands, new menus, and some of my favorite portfolio pieces to date.

I could not have done these photoshoots alone. The images you’re about to see were a team effort, including the hard work and planning of our marketing specialists, property managers, and our incredible food service staff. A huge thank you to our entire Geronimo team who was involved!

I.d. - Delafield Hotel

This chef-driven small plate restaurant has been voted one of America’s Most Beautiful Restaurants, recognized by People Magazine. This June I captured a refreshed menu to be enjoyed during summer nights on the outdoor patio.

Wisconsin Food Photographer - I.d. Restaurant

This food & lifestyle photoshoot consisted of their classic cocktails such as a Wisconsin Old Fashioned and Meet Me In The Garden and app menu bites like Warm Whipped Feta and Truffle Fries. Classic shared plates included Lettuce Wraps, Roasted Carrots, and a Smashburger.

Red Circle Inn - Nashotah, WI

Red Circle Inn is the oldest restaurant in Wisconsin, dating back to 1848 and eventually owned by Captain Fred Pabst. This property has a classic Wisconsin Supper Club menu with dinner-only service, a cozy, cushioned bar and small dining rooms.

Our marketing team at Geronimo was invited up to RCI to capture their brand new outdoor patio space. We ordered classics such as Oysters Rockefeller, Deviled Eggs, Crab Cakes, and Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts, and featured cocktails like the 1848 Old Fashioned, a Bee’s Knees, and Botanists Secret.

Later in the summer, I returned to Delafield to capture some revamped menu items in their dining room, including prime rib, salmon, and beef stroganoff. This one was tough - low, warm lighting, a small table with minimal room for staging, and zero natural light. The light offered a romantic vibe - perfect for Red Circle Inn’s cozy environment.

Riverside Catering - Beloit, WI

Introducing the newest Picnic Menu from Riverside Catering, based in Beloit! This catering menu features grilled chicken, brats, burgers, hot dogs, and go-to cookout sides such as fruit, salad, and cookies.

Commercial Picnic Food Photography Beloit Wisconsin

This photoshoot was intended to take clear product imagery for our sales team, and then creative concepts for social media and marketing.

Not only was this shoot scheduled on the hottest day of the year, we also had Canadian wildfire smoke and hazy skies to work around. This photoshoot was a fast-paced effort by everyone involved in order to keep the food (and models) fresh.

truk’t - Beloit, WI

A brand new patio is just what we needed in Downtown Beloit! Imagine grabbing chips and salsa and a few margs with your girls on a sunny Friday evening. This session was intended for the announcement of the newly finished patio, and promote outdoor dining as well as margarita pitchers.

I returned later in July to capture a girl’s day brunch theme. The breakfast tacos - out of this world! I’ve personally been back to truk’t for brunch twice this summer for those tacos.

Blue Collar Coffee Delafield - Delafield, WI

Blue Collar Coffee’s Delafield location built a gorgeous deck on the back side of the building, with a quiet shaded corner facing the river. Not only did we capture lifestyle content of the patio, but also incorporated their new popsicles.

Additionally, we photographed new Signature Features, which will be available long-term at our Wisconsin locations. They’re rustic and inspired by Wisconsin nature and outdoorsmanship. Pictured: Bloom Matcha & Campfire Cold Brew

Last but not least…the big one.

Charmant Hotel - La Crosse, WI

The Charmant Hotel was acquired by Geronimo Hospitality late last year, and this was my first time making the trip up north to visit.

The Lobby Bar is cozy and sophisticated and the center of all the action. The goal was to capture upscaled environmental imagery and happy hour cocktails.

Dinner service at The Restaurant followed with appetizers, entrée plates, orange cream puff dessert, and the best house wine I’ve ever tried.

The Rooftop patio had such a great summer evening vibe. The DJ had great music, and the terrace was packed with locals enjoying drinks and pizza. The sunset over the river was such a memorable moment.

We started the next morning with room service photography, featuring delicious french toast and classic eggs with bacon.

Lastly, we enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the Parlour coffee shop downstairs. The baristas were so kind and super passionate about their menu. They gave our team a look behind the scenes of their latte art and coffee-making craft.

All Geronimo hotels are dog-friendly, especially the Charmant! The staff keeps a board of polaroids of their favorite four-legged guests.

What an amazing summer it has been with Geronimo Hospitality Group!
